Some things change… and some things come full circle. 💛

Meet Ms. Maya - our current administrator - NOW and THEN! 📚🌿

Long before she was sitting behind the administrator’s desk, Maya was a fourth grade student right here at The Waldorf School of Mendocino County. And now, years later, she’s back helping guide the school community she once grew up in.

Talk about a Waldorf full-circle moment!

We’re kicking off our NOW & THEN series with Maya’s story. Stay tuned for more glimpses into the people, places, and memories that make our school what it is today.

✨ The first day of school! ✨

What a lovely way to begin a new school year. It was wonderful to see our students and families back on campus after a long summer break, filling the school with familiar faces, happy greetings, and the excitement of a new beginning.

We also welcomed our new first graders into the grades program with our Rose Ceremony. Each first grader was escorted across the bridge by our sixth and seventh graders, marking their transition into the grades and the beginning of an important new chapter in their Waldorf journey. 🌹

Here’s to a wonderful year of learning, growing, and being together. Welcome back, everyone!
