Hi Quilting Friends! 👋
Its been awhile.
Just wanted to share this beautiful quilt with you as I think of all the Firefighters that were affected on 9/11 🇺🇲 and the weeks that followed.
My DIL Megan, made this special quilt for her grandfather a few years back. With help from the family, she collected a few shirts and patches of his Military and 21 years of Firefighter service (Alexandria) and surprised him with this at a visit to the State Fair of Virginia. She won the Superintendents ribbon for it! Such a sweet time. The family will lay him to rest next week. 🙏

I will be attending the services and not be delivering or picking up quilts next Thursday, Sept. 17th.

📣Hello Friends!! 📣
Our family has had some unexpected, emergency circumstances this week. As a result, I am going to have to pause on taking any NEW quilts in for Longarming at the moment. It may be a few weeks to a month before I am able to be back in the studio on a regular schedule. I will update as the situation progresses.

If you have a quilt checked in already, I will update you by phone or email, and plan to have your quilt finished and back in a timely manner.
I appreciate your patience, and prayers as we work through this situation!
