⏱️ MAD Minutes = BIG Rewards! 🎉

Hard work pays off… and sometimes it comes with LUNCH WITH YOUR TEACHER! 🥳❤️

Our 4th graders have been putting their math skills to the test, and those who successfully passed MAD Minutes 1–12 earned a special lunch with their teacher!

We love celebrating our Cardinals who work hard, stay determined, and reach their goals!

Way to go, 4th grade! Keep those math skills SHARP! ✏️➕➖✖️➗

The moment we’ve all been waiting for… EGG DROP DAY! 🥚

Our senior physics students put their engineering skills to the ultimate test as their carefully designed creations took the plunge! Would their eggs survive the fall?!

But this wasn’t just ANY egg drop challenge…

MGA HISTORY WAS MADE! For the FIRST TIME EVER, one team attempted an egg drop using a student-built DRONE! 👏

And our seniors had some very special spectators! ❤️ Our Kindergarten and 1st grade students came out to watch the action, cheer on the big kids, and get a front-row seat to science in action!
From our littlest Cardinals to our graduating seniors, THIS is what makes MGA so special! ❤️🖤

🥚 EGG DROP CHALLENGE: LEVELING UP!

Our MGA seniors are taking physics to NEW HEIGHTS!

Students were busy designing, engineering, and building their egg drop apparatuses, and this year comes with a high-tech twist!

Each team is required to 3D print at least ONE component of their creation, combining creativity, engineering, and physics to protect their precious cargo! 🥚

But one team is taking things to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL… 🤯

FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, a team has built an entire DRONE for their egg drop project!

From 3D printing to drone building, these seniors are proving that the sky isn’t the limit… it’s just the beginning!

Now for the million-dollar question… WILL THE EGGS SURVIVE?! 🥚👀

Stay tuned!

📖🕵️‍♂️ THE WALDENSIAN EXPERIENCE WAS UNDERWAY THIS WEEK! 🕵️‍♀️📖

Our Juniors were getting a hands-on history and faith lesson in Religion class as they learned about the Waldensians and the lengths they went to in order to preserve and share Scripture.

Each student had been given a Bible verse that they must “smuggle” by hiding it somewhere on their person — with the very important rule that it can’t be anywhere inappropriate or gross! 😂

Their mission: Keep their Scripture hidden and UNDISCOVERED from Wednesday through Friday while their classmates…aka the SPIES 👀 try to catch them!

❤️ We are so grateful for the support and involvement of our constituent churches!

Today, Calimesa Seventh-day Adventist Church was represented in every chapel across our campus!

✨ Pastor Zion joined our High School students
✨ Pastor Martinez shared with our Jr. High chapel
✨ Pastor Thurber helped lead music in Elementary chapel; I missed getting a picture of him, but his daughter joined in on the fun and was part of the skit!

We are incredibly thankful for the pastors, churches, and families who pour into our students and help strengthen the connection between church, school, and home.

📚❤️ We’ve gotta say… our 4th grade class is pretty special!

They earned a day to do what they chose, and their choice? Wear pajamas and READ ALL DAY! 📖

And to make the day even sweeter, they had a special guest reader, Vice Principal Herrmann, stop by to share a book with them! ❤️

Pajamas + books + a love of reading = a pretty perfect school day! 📚
