👕 Middle School Fun Fact Friday: Dress Code Edition! 👟
🚨 Breaking News: Your outfit has to pass the CMS “ready for school” test… not the “just rolled out of bed and grabbed the first thing I found” test! 😂
We know fashion is important (especially when you’re entering the “big kid school”), but our dress code helps keep everyone comfortable, focused, and ready to learn!
Here are the basics every Pinto should know:
👕 Shirts: Must cover shoulder blades and your midsection (no exposed stomach or sides), be properly hemmed, and should not show cleavage, bras, or have torn underarms.
👟 Shoes: Shoes must be worn at all times, and don’t forget — tennis shoes are required every day for PE!
🧢 Hats & Head Coverings: Save the hats for outside — no head coverings are allowed in the building.
🩳 Shorts/Pants/Skirts: Must be a respectable length, with an inseam of at least 5 inches (no skin showing above the 5-inch mark). Track-style shorts are allowed as long as everything stays covered. 😉
🙈 Undergarments: Keep those covered — they’re called undergarments for a reason!
🚫 Clothing Messages: Clothing should not advertise or promote drugs, alcohol, to***co, profanity, or contain inappropriate, disrespectful, or gang-related images or wording.
🎨 Body & Face Paint: Save the creative masterpieces for the football games — not the school day. 😉
Remember, the goal is simple: dress for success, be comfortable, and be ready to learn! So before you walk out the door, ask yourself: “Would this pass the CMS dress code check?” 👀😂
We can’t wait to see our Pintos looking their best! 💙🐴
It’s a great day to be a Pinto!
