Suddenly, we arrives the last page of Calendar 2020! What a year!

Luckily, we still keep moving; meet great roasting instructor Scott Rao ; and received hundreds of online members supporting us.
Also, many thanks to all the support from Nineone Coffee organic farm during this year.

Good luck to every friend who shared good memories with us. Hope can see you soon in 2021.

- Weighing every cup is an essential step for accurate sensory; meanwhile, it can help a lot to your sensory improvement.
- The new 2020 modified cupping method is a good guide to follow, for us can prevent the cross-contamination. Its not only about COVID-19, it's also important to daily food security.
