Circle prospecting people going through a divorce is something we strongly discourage and for good reason. You don't know the level of conflict, the circumstances, or whether your call is landing at the worst possible moment for someone already in crisis. The risk to that family, and to your reputation, is real.

Agents who build sustainable businesses in this niche aren't chasing people in crisis. They're building relationships with the family law professionals already serving those families and allowing those relationships to generate referrals over time.

That kind of positioning can't be replicated by cold outreach, and it is far more effective than competing with every other agent for the same lead.
