♥️🤍💙 Kinetic sand + star jewels sensory bin in honor of Veteran’s Day tomorrow. Thank you to our veterans. We are eternally grateful to those who have fought and served for our country 🇺🇸

Here are a couple ideas to get started. What would you add?

♥️Bury the stars and let your littles use different tools to dig them out. Popsicle sticks, spoons, etc. See what they come up with!

🤍 If your little one loves to sort, add a few containers to separate by color, type, or size.

💙 Add cookie cutters, muffin tins, baking sheets, and other cooking utensils. See what delicious “treats” they create.

A provocation for the music lover 🎶
We were gifted this gorgeous xylophone, wooden egg shakers and book from friends and are in love with them! 🥰 🙏🏻

✨Scarf Pull✨
A tissue box and scarves is a fun and simple way to support a child who is into filling and dumping or pulling and pushing things. You can also add different textured fabrics or crinkle paper to explore the senses even more.

Reusable ice cubes on the light pad 😍 There was a lot of interest in the ice cubes but even more interest in the crinkle of the sorting type container. The container came from a teacher resource store years ago called RAFT and I believe may have been a holder for chocolates in a box. It has a fabulous sound when it’s manipulated.

♥️🤍💙4th of July Play-dough Kit 💙🤍♥️

Each kit includes:
- Freshly made play-dough
- Star shaped sorting container
- Metal plate that can be used as a work station
- Metal bucket
- 3 cookie cutters
- Loose parts including straws, popsicle sticks, resin stars, gem star, star bead necklaces, reusable ice cubes

Swipe ⬅️ to see other activities you can do with the materials:
- Add the loose parts to bottles and make musical shakers
- Add the items to water to explore concepts of sink and float, or just have fun with water play!
- Put the materials in a muffin tin, add water, and freeze to create an “ice excavation” where your kiddos can work to get the items out of the ice
- Use different sorting containers to sort the items by type, color, or size.

There are plenty of materials to have a few different things going at once, especially for different aged children. This kit will have them entertained for days!

I have 1 kit left. DM for inquiries.

I made these small world sensory bins for my niece’s 4th birthday party last weekend and they were a hit! They were definitely the area that the children congregated in and I’ve already had requests to make more. I love creating sensory bins so I’m excited!

Here I did dinosaurs, sea animals, and unicorn small worlds. I started out with the colored gravel with the dinosaurs and the natural gravel with the sea animals. Once I added the Dino’s and sea creatures, everything disappeared a bit into the background, so I swapped them at the last minute.

Which world is your favorite? Comment below!

We received a Pikler climber set last weekend and the ramp has turned into a great little place to set up materials to encourage all sorts of movement. Climbing and pushing up into a crawling position have been the favorites for this 7 month old.
This provocation is a muffin tin with silicone liners and reusable ice cubes. I highly recommend checking any items used with infants and toddlers in a choking tube and making sure they are large enough. Everything here passed the test ☺️
