What a beautiful Teacher Appreciation Week celebration at Haytown!

This year’s bake shop theme brought handmade and homemade love to every single day. The teachers visited their own French Bistro and were showered daily with creative and thoughtful surprises. Simmer pots, homemade vanilla, incredible pastries and cookies, coffee, and Sophia Sweets cupcakes were some of the delights.

Other gifts touched the heart. A recipe book filled with 75 recipes provided by our families with gorgeous aprons. and meaningful artwork created for each teacher and Mrs. Flood, featuring our students.

It is hard to put into words just how special and significant this week was. We are so lucky to be part of a Haytown community that so beautifully reflects the love, care, and dedication our teachers give to our children every day.

Thank you to the Haytown Board of Directors and families who made this week so magical. And to our amazing teachers, may you know you are appreciated every day.

Do you love friendly competition and random facts? Put your knowledge to the test at Haytown’s 2nd Annual Trivia Night on Saturday, January 31st at the Oldwick General Store.

Bring your smartest (or funniest) friends and enjoy a lively, adults-only night out. Trivia will be hosted by the pro behind Long Valley Brew Pub’s trivia nights, with light food provided by Chef Sam and the OGS team. No trivia expertise required...just bring your drinks, a sense of humor, and a readiness to have fun.

All proceeds will directly benefit Haytown Nursery School.

Preschool is full of firsts, and we certainly experienced one today! This sweet horse moseyed over from a neighboring farm to check out the kids at play. Mrs. Rodriguez, our resident Horse Whisperer, kept our new friend content until the owner was contacted. The children loved the horse (of course) and had plenty of name suggestions!

Gift wrapping is laundry's pretentious cousin.

You have a million things to tackle this month (including laundry), so let us wrap gifts for you!

December 20 and 22, Haytown transforms into Wrapping Central. It's really simple - drop off your gifts. If you have special paper for each family member, leave that with us too. Our wrapping masters will work paper, tape and bow magic. You collect your beautifully wrapped presents later in the afternoon, and they'll be catalogued and packed in black bags to ensure secrecy.

If you love wrapping, come join the fun. We'll have refreshments, holiday music and a whole lot of cheer.

The suggested donation for services is $20 for 5 gifts, $40 for 10 gifts with all proceeds benefitting Haytown. Registration form is the comment section.

What an unforgettable day at the Heart of Haytown Fun Run!

Thank you to our amazing runners, donors, volunteers, sponsors, and every single person who showed up — we raised over $20,000 for the Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia!

What began as a small idea with a $10,000 goal to support children’s cancer has grown into something truly extraordinary. Together, we’ve doubled our goal and will now be able to support three families in need for an entire year!
