Belwood Elementary kindergarten students had a special visit to Gordon Central High School today for a variety of fun, hands-on activities organized and led by Teaching as a Profession instructor Kodi Albright.

It was great to see our high school students interacting with the younger students, helping guide activities, and building connections across schools. Students also had the opportunity to paint in Ciera DeFrench’s class and had so much fun expressing their creativity.

Experiences like this give future educators valuable practice while giving our youngest learners a memorable day of learning and connection. We love seeing our students come together as one school community!

Parents and Guardians,
Please help our students remember to return Library Books weekly so that we can all share in the adventures! If books aren’t returned after two weeks, students will receive a notice. At that point we will either need a payment or the book returned as soon as possible. If the book or payment is not returned, students will not be able to check out until one or the other is received.

Thank you for your help!
