RR Karona Kat is a powerhouse of a horse on a cow, and a monster stopper. He has earned money in both boxing and fence classes in the NRCHA, and has been hauled to a couple of NCHA events winning money there as well! He hauls easy, gets along with other horses, has been ridden out on the trails, and is easy to do everything with. If you are a serious competitor, he will take you to the pay window. He has no soundness issues, stands over 14.2hh, 7 year old gelding, he does crib but it is controlled with a collar. Located in Calhan $45,000.

Dreamin Big Chex7120
This cute filly has a nice foundation. She has been ridden out a little and has branded calves, and she is now learning reining maneuvers and has been started on the flag. She gets along well with other horses, ties, hauls, and bathes. She has a nice demeanor and is willing to learn and try, she could go in any direction from here. She has no soundness issues, stands about 14.2. Located in Calhan, 15,000.

We are so proud of how these two showed at their first NRCHA event and we’re so excited to watch them next year!

Garrett Kirkland had some career bests in his runs but had some trouble keeping him from getting a check on Lil Bit A Spitfire, Miranda Singleton and Ettes Metallic Cat achieved their goals at this show in the reining and looked great on their cow work!
Jeremy Payne and his partner Hydrive An A Dualy showed aggressively and confidently in the box drive, but as the fence work goes, drawing the right cow can make or break that win check. Nicole Lucchese put some solid runs together with Cat Kista Star, they made improvements all year long and we’re excited to watch this pair next year. Sandy Perry and SurelysLeapnForSugar saw a little trouble in the reined work but had great cow works. Jason Kirkland and Docs Sailing Sunrise went out and showed well and had fun, don’t forget to check this horse out if you’re in the market!

The Non Pro Boxing Derby is a fun one for us, it brings a lot of competitive spirit throughout our barn and we are proud to be able to post that everyone was successful not only through each event, but in the composite as well.

The last CRCA show of the year was a great one for our barn, everyone that showed crushed a goal, made progress, and their horses proved to be great partners. We’ll spend the next few days recognizing those who hit the top of the leaderboards, and want to recognize those who had some struggles but gained some of the most important lessons and experiences.

Congratulations to our riders that competed at the Colorado State Fair NRCHA show last week!

The Dillman barn had a good show at the Colorado Reined Cowhorse Association Western Slope PreFuturity. All of our riders did well, but we have a few we want to recognize!
Linda Cellini successfully showed her new horse Call Me A Prize in their first Boxing Derby and earned a check.
Gracie Kirkland showed Styling Boon for the first time in the Youth Boxing and put together solid runs.
Julian Ellis took home his first check aboard Sheza Good Bet in the boxing!

Congrats to all of our riders!
