Today during small group time, each child hunted for their name in the classroom. After they found their name, they placed it on the table. Both teachers asked each child in their group to name the letters in their name. Each child had a great time finding their name and telling the teachers all of its letters.💜

💙 **Pre-K Blue | Part 1 of 2** 💙

What a wonderful week we have had in Pre-K Blue! Our students have been doing a fantastic job following directions and learning the importance of walking safely and respectfully in the hallways.

This week, we also began our **“All About Me”** unit! We are learning more about who we are, what makes each of us special, and the things we like and don’t like. It has been so much fun getting to know our students and celebrating the unique personalities that make our classroom so special! 💙

During science, each child had their own materials. Our materials were salt, a tray, and a rainbow cutout. We put the rainbow cutout on the tray and put the salt on top of the rainbow cutout. In this activity, each child wrote their name and as they wrote their name they saw the rainbow and each child was amazed!💜
