The Caledonia-Mumford Central School District’s (CMCSD) page is created and maintained by the District’s Social Media Specialist. The CMCS page is provided for the school district community to share information on specific school district topics of interest. We will update this page as often as possible to share as much as we can about the CMCSD and the achievements of the studen
ts and staff as well as other relevant school district community information. All posting of comments on this page are at the discretion of the page administrators. The intent of this policy is not to keep any negative or critical information from being posted, but to protect the privacy and rights of CMCSD staff and students. Naming specific employees or students in a negative way will not be allowed. The page administrators will review all postings to ensure they do not violate the District’s policies, regulations, Code of Conduct, and Acceptable Use Guidelines regarding Internet access and practices. We encourage everyone to review Facebook’s terms of use, which governs its relationship with users and others who interact with Facebook. We welcome your thoughts and comments and look forward to what you have to say. However, we will remove postings that:

• do not show proper consideration for others’ privacy or are considered likely to offend or provoke others.
• easily identify students and/or staff in defamatory, abusive, or generally negative terms.
• break the law or encourage others to do so. This includes respecting copyright and fair use laws.
• are spam.
• are political in nature.
• are personal promotions.
• promote products, services, or brands. The page administrators reserve the right to not post or to remove any comments at any time, for any reason. We also reserve the right to block individuals who misuse our page. Any advertisers that may appear on this site or are linked to the site have paid a fee for such access and none of the products, services or programs advertised are promoted or endorsed by the CMCSD. If you have a comment or would like to report an inappropriate comment for us to review, send an email to [email protected]. Note, you can also receive e-mail and phone text messages of our updates as they are posted through the settings of your personal Facebook account.
