What an honor to be recognized this year as a 2026 Gold level Jostens Renaissance School of Distinction. Our staff and students set a goal this year to build a positive school culture, this is the first year we are being recognized for the hard work that was put in towards improvement and we are excited to continue this work next year.

Caldwell High School in the Caldwell School District enrolls over 1,300 students in grades 9–12. More than 76% of the students participate in college and career readiness courses—an early indicator of future success. The teacher-to-student ratio is about 19- or 20-to-1. The five year graduation rate is 80.6%. Their mascot is the cougar.
Classified as a Goal Maker on the Idaho Report Card website, Caldwell High School continues to meet or exceed state-set benchmarks for continuous improvement.
The school has one of the most robust and well-respected TRIO, Upward Bound Programs. Like other classes, TRIO Upward Bound meets every day to prepare students for college entry by providing college exploration, career exploration, ACT and SAT prep, and tutoring. The program serves students from low-income families in which neither parent has a bachelor's degree.
