Treasure Valley Community College-Caldwell

Treasure Valley Community College, The Multicultural and Diversity Center, and Associated Student Government are proud to introduce a Black History Month Student Panel. It will be on February 3rd at 6pm in the Ontario Chukar Grill.

Treasure Valley Community College will be highlighting and embracing with different student highlights and events around campus during the month of February.

Black History Month is an annual observance meant to celebrate black achievement and give visibility to groups and organizations creating change.

The first event of the month will be a student panel located in 𝘾𝙝𝙪𝙠𝙖𝙧 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 3𝙧𝙙 𝙖𝙩 6𝙥𝙢. These six students will be taking on questions based around their past, present, and future as a person of color.

𝚆𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚜𝚘𝚖𝚎𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚊𝚜𝚔𝚜 𝚖𝚎 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚖𝚢 𝚏𝚊𝚟𝚘𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚕𝚘𝚛𝚜 𝚒𝚜, 𝙸 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚜𝚊𝚢, ‘𝚜𝚞𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚝.’
