The 2C Junior Master Gardeer volunteers collaberated with the Nampa Public Library Bookmobile this month at a local Nampa park. The youth had fun learning about the different layers of the earth and then planted their own little grass garden to take home! ~dlc

The youth learned what trees need to thrive, planted sweet corn & colorful popcorn, harvested & tasted fresh snap peas, made plant rubbings, and enjoyed the story, "Who Will Plant a Tree".
