CALLING ALL INSPIRING INDIVIDUALS!
We Need YOU for Our End-of-Year Family Event!
This Friday | 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM | Caldwell Elementary

We are still desperately in need of speakers to help make this night unforgettable for our students and families!

Do you have a career, trade, college experience, or a talent that could spark a child’s imagination? Whether you’re in a unique job, a professional field, or even involved in sports—we want you there!

TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
• Speak on stage in the cafeteria and share your journey
• Host a table in the gym to connect one-on-one with students and families
(Or do both!)

We’re looking for people from Caldwell and BEYOND to show these kids all the amazing paths their future could hold. Your story could be the one that lights a spark in a young mind!

• Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Location: Caldwell Elementary School
• Open to all Caldwell students and families

📢 Calling All Local Business Owners and Professionals! 📢

We’re excited to host an End-of-Year Family Event for the students at Caldwell Elementary School this May, and we’re looking for speakers to come share their career experiences with our students! 🎤✨

If you own a business or work in a field that could inspire our young minds, we’d love for you to come talk about your job and the career opportunities in and around our community. Whether you’re in healthcare, education, trades, tech, or entrepreneurship, your story could motivate and guide our future workforce! 🌟

We’re especially looking for:

• Local business owners who can share their journey of starting and running a business.

• Professionals from various industries who can discuss different career paths.

• Organizations or teams willing to offer insight into their work and how they contribute to the community.

📢 We Need Shoe Boxes! 📢

Our after-school program is still in need of at least 10 shoe boxes before February 26th! The students will be using them to create something special for our Family Event on the 27th.

If you have any extra shoe boxes lying around, we would love to take them off your hands! You can drop them off at the school or send them with your child.

Exciting Announcement! 🚀🎤

Caldwell Elementary After-School is hosting a BIG Family Event this February, and we’re inviting the entire school to join us! 🎉

We want to show our students that the world is full of opportunities—and we need YOUR help! We’re looking for amazing guest speakers to share their career journeys and inspire the next generation. Whether you’re a local business owner, doctor, nurse, police officer, firefighter, engineer, teacher, artist, chef, mechanic, or work in ANY field that students would love to learn about—we’d love to have you!

Each speaker will have a set time to talk about their job and answer student questions. This is a fantastic way to give back to the community and show kids that the possibilities for their future are endless! 🌎✨

🌟 Calling All Volunteers! 🌟

Do you have a passion or hobby you’d love to share with kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help run fun and engaging after-school clubs for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade!

📅 Time Commitment:
Clubs run from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM, making it a short but meaningful opportunity to connect with and inspire kids.

🎨 Club Ideas:
We already have ideas like:
• LEGO Club 🧱
• Art Club 🎨
• Robots Club 🤖
• Puzzle Club 🧩
• Origami Club ✂️
• Cooking or Baking Club 🧁🍪

But we’re also open to new ideas! Have a talent for gardening, storytelling, or crafts? Let’s make it happen!

No teaching experience is required—just your enthusiasm and a willingness to help kids explore and have fun! We’ll provide materials and support to make it easy for you.

📣 We’re Back and So Excited to See Everyone! 🎉

We hope you all had an amazing winter break because we are thrilled to have the kiddos back with us! We’re busy planning a fun Family Event for January—stay tuned for the official date!

In the meantime, we need your help! Donations play a huge role in keeping our program running smoothly and fostering connections with families and local businesses. Check out our wishlist in the comments if you’re looking for specific ideas!

🌨️ Warm Clothing Drive 🌨️
This winter has been especially harsh, and many of our students need warm clothing. We’re asking for new or gently used items in a wide range of sizes from kindergarten to bigger kids:

•Hoddies/Sweaters
•Coats
•Gloves
•Hats
•Socks

Mrs. Fair personally washes and organizes every donated item, ensuring they are clean and ready to go to a child in need. Let’s work together to keep our students warm this winter!

💡 Interested in Volunteering?
We’re also looking for club volunteers! Clubs run from 4:30–5:00 PM, and students participate in grade-level groups. It’s a fun way to engage with our kids and make a difference.
