Fitness Fridays at the College of Idaho — Ages 14+ Welcome! 🐺💪
These fun, student-led group workouts are designed for all fitness levels — whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new challenge. Student interns craft each class to help you move, feel better, and connect with others.
🗓️ Dates: Fridays, October 31 – November 21, plus a final class on December 7
⏰ Time: 3:30–4:30 PM
📍 Location: Blatchley Hall, College of Idaho — 2112 Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, ID 83605
💲 Cost: $5 per class, or just $20 for all five sessions — one class is free when you pay upfront!
All proceeds support student learning, lab equipment, and hands-on teaching labs in health and human performance.
👥 Ages 14–17 are welcome with a parent present and written consent.

It's a comprehensive, long-term strategy that outlines the goals, policies, and priorities to guide many elements including, but not limited to land use, transportation, housing, economic development, and natural resources. The plan is not just a technical document; it will be a reflection of Caldwell’s values, aspirations and dreams for the future.
