Fitness Fridays at the College of Idaho β Ages 14+ Welcome! πΊπͺ
These fun, student-led group workouts are designed for all fitness levels β whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new challenge. Student interns craft each class to help you move, feel better, and connect with others.
ποΈ Dates: Fridays, October 31 β November 21, plus a final class on December 7
β° Time: 3:30β4:30 PM
π Location: Blatchley Hall, College of Idaho β 2112 Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, ID 83605
π² Cost: $5 per class, or just $20 for all five sessions β one class is free when you pay upfront!
All proceeds support student learning, lab equipment, and hands-on teaching labs in health and human performance.
π₯ Ages 14β17 are welcome with a parent present and written consent.

Caldwell Family Fun Day at Serenity Park 10-1 today! Stop by the Caldwell Health Coalition booth to take a ride through the bike rodeo set up by our friends at Safe Routes to School. Another big thanks to St. Luke's for providing new bike helmets for those who need them! Helmet and safety checks provided.

Caldwell is rewriting the Comprehensive Plan! A Comprehensive Plan is a visionary document that serves as a roadmap for the future development and growth of the community. It's a comprehensive, long-term strategy that outlines the goals, policies, and priorities to guide many elements including, but not limited to land use, transportation, housing, economic development, and natural resources. The plan is not just a technical document; it will be a reflection of Caldwellβs values, aspirations and dreams for the future.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED! Public Comment Period: November 18-December 31.
Attend an Open House: December 8 (4-7 p.m.) and December 9 (10 am-1 p.m.), at the Train Depot.
