A trustworthy in home daycare, providing the best quality care for every child

05/29/2026

Hey everyone!

Just a quick update from BW’s Child Care — I will be closed during the month of June due to some family circumstances out of town. Family always comes first, and right now that is where my time and focus needs to be.

I’ll be returning in July and will officially have 2 spots available for care! During that time, I’ll also be scheduling walk-throughs and meeting with new families interested in enrollment.

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding while I take this time with my family.

If you’d like information about the available spots or would like to schedule a walk-through for July, feel free to message me anytime!

Some of my favorite daycare memories are the simple ones. ☀️💙

Little feet running to the playground, giggles echoing through tunnels, dirt on hands, and smiles that make the whole day brighter.

These moments may look like “just playing,” but through play children are learning confidence, friendships, problem-solving, imagination, and independence every single day. 🛝✨

Looking back on old photos like this reminds me how special these years truly are and how thankful I am to be a part of these little childhood memories. ❤️

Hello Everyone!

It's been a little while since I've made an updated post regarding BW's Child Care, so I wanted to share some current information. Please read through the entire post for all details!

BW's Child Care will have two openings available for ages 0-4 years beginning in July. Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. A spot is considered secured once enrollment paperwork is completed and the registration fee has been paid.

One thing I want to be upfront and transparent about is that BW's Child Care has been operating as an unlicensed in-home daycare. After moving outside city limits, regulations changed from city licensing to county regulations, which differ from what I previously operated under. While I chose not to renew under the new requirements, I do remain compliant with county and Idaho State regulations.

I understand that some families prefer licensed childcare while others are comfortable with an experienced unlicensed provider, so I wanted to be open about that from the start. If you would like more information or have questions regarding this decision, please feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to answer questions!

I am PED/Adult CPR and First Aid Certified and continue to stay up to date on childcare training and education through IdahoSTARS.

A little throwback to sweet playground memories.

One of my favorite parts of running an in-home daycare has always been watching my own children grow alongside the daycare kids. Seeing my oldest helping the little ones, showing patience, kindness, and care in moments like this reminds me how special this season of life really is.

These small moments on the playground turn into big memories — learning to be gentle, building friendships, gaining confidence, and simply enjoying childhood together. ☀️

So thankful for the memories made over the years at BW’s Child Care. 😊

Throwback to one of our favorite sensory play days! ☁️🤍

The children had so much fun exploring shaving cream through hands-on sensory play, practicing fine motor skills, creativity, social interaction, and learning through play.

At BW’s Child Care, I love creating opportunities for children to explore, learn, and make memories in a fun and nurturing environment. These simple activities often become some of the children’s favorite experiences. 💙

Messy play = happy kids and meaningful learning! 😊

I will be closing my third opening until further notice. With two spots filled, currently that is plenty. I want to make sure I give my attention to all children equally. When I decide to open that third spot up I will let everyone know.

If you missed a spot please don't fret, my waiting list is still open and I'd be happy to add anyone to the list. Thank you for understanding and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

Here at BW's Child Care, I believe a child/children learn better in an environment where they can explore as much as they'd like.

Some of these exploring environments include going outside, climbing up the ladder to go down the slide, pushing the swings with no one in them to see the cause and effect, playing in the dirt, jumping in puddles, playing in the snow or trying to make snow angels! Collecting sticks, jumping in leaf piles, feeding the chickens, playing with the dog etc. Other ways they can explore and learn is through sensory play and social play with peers.
