A huge congratulations to everyone who showed up, pushed through the pain, and suffered with us this morning! πͺ
The Impossible Mile isn't just about fitnessβit's about grit, determination, and refusing to quit when your body is begging you to stop. Every person who stepped onto that track today proved they're capable of more than they thought.
Some of us finished strong.Some of us finished crawling.But we ALL finished. π
Thank you for bringing the energy, the effort, and the willingness to embrace the challenge. Recovery may take a few days, but the pride of accomplishing something hard lasts much longer.
