I made a go fund me to help with my grandparents— especially my grandfather. He fell and broke his hip on January 19th and has been in and out of the hospital since the fall and hasn’t been home since. When he wasn’t in the hospital, he was at the veterans home in Bangor getting the care and physical therapy that he needs to come home.
He was recently admitted into the hospital last Friday because of his hemoglobin going from 11 to below 7 and needed a blood transfusion. He is still in the hospital currently because of his platelets still being low and may need a procedure.
With everything that has been said, he’s been staying at the veterans home and they were holding his room there for 10 days. They said that he had told Saturday night at midnight to come back before they gave his room away or we would have to pay $478 every day that we wanted to keep it for him. Which he needs to keep the room in order to get the help and physical therapy. He needs to come home.
It has been extremely financially straining on my grandparents since they haven’t been home in a month or able to do anything. My grandmother travels to and from Bangor every single day to be with him and that is a lot on gas as well.
Anything helps and will go a long way and would be very appreciated. Even if you can’t donate even a share would be appreciated to get the word out there.

Good evening everyone,
I am writing to share some unfortunate news. My grandfather was admitted to the hospital last Wednesday and is currently undergoing medical evaluation to determine the cause of his illness.

Since he will not be discharged before our classes were scheduled to begin, I have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming session. We plan to resume classes in September.

I sincerely apologize for the late notice. We were hoping for a faster recovery and that he would be home in time, but unfortunately, that is not the case.

🌸 ANNOUNCEMENT 🌸

Dance classes are coming back in less than a month!
As of right now I’m thinking of offering ONLY group classes this time around until September.

As some of you may know, my grandfather had fallen a few weeks back and broke his hip. He’s in quite a lot of pain and is currently in the VA home for physical therapy and treatment until he’s feeling better and able to come home. When he gets home he will need constant care and help from my grandmother and I don’t want to be away for too long where they’ll need my help also.

The group classes being offered are ALL on Tuesdays now:
Hip-hop 3:00pm-3:30pm
Jazz 3:30pm-4:00pm
Elementary ballet: 4:00pm-4:30pm
Elementary tap: 4:30pm-5:00pm
Still working out an ideal time for the bopper classes and possible line dance class.

DVDs will be available for pickup AFTER Christmas! They have been finished but where Christmas Eve and Christmas are in the upcoming 2 days, we will be busy.

• It starts at 1:00PM (eastern) but doors open at 12:30pm (eastern) at the Calais Middle/High School!

• There is an admission fee of: $10USD for ages above 12 & $8USD for ages 12 and below.

This is open to the public to come and enjoy! We hope you can make it! 🥳
