It’s funny how athletes have coaches, singers take lessons, doctors have mentors, and CEOs hire consultants.
Yet somehow we expect mothers to raise children without support, guidance, or help.
The people raising the future doctors, singers, athletes, leaders, and innovators are often made to feel guilty for asking for support.
Parenting was never meant to be done alone. Seeking help isn’t weakness it’s wisdom.
Because behind every thriving child is a community willing to support the person raising them. 🤍

Something we don’t talk about enough in the nanny and newborn care specialist industry is financial planning.
We spend years learning how to become better caregivers — taking classes, improving our resumes, and securing better contracts.
But once we finally reach those goals…
Do we know how to protect the income we worked so hard to earn?
This work requires long hours, emotional energy, and often sleepless nights.
If our bodies stop working, the income stops.
That’s why caregivers need conversations about:
• financial literacy
• investing
• planning for gaps between contracts
• building long-term stability
Because all that effort should build more than experience.
It should build a future.
