CLVFF was founded in 1972 for people who want to be involved in the quality of life and needs of the Conejo/Las Virgenes region, and who want to contribute to the larger and common good of the community.

CLVFF is a civic think tank for the research and study of ideas and actions devoted to the present and future well being of the Conejo/Las Virgenes region.

CLVFF is committed to the long range look of the community and examines the present with care in order to plan for the future.

CLVFF is a regional non-profit organization that serves four cities and takes a non-governmental approach to regional matters that cross city and county boundary lines.
