At RISE, our mission is to help people of all ages and backgrounds live with intent and purpose by finding their own power in their voice and inner strength. This training was created to help participants learn both verbal and physical skills while developing healthy boundaries. tress Scenario Training, (ASST), RISE simulates 'real time' scenarios in order to trigger the body's natural response, while maintaining a safe and controlled learning environment. Easy and effective techniques are taught in order to be applied successfully in stressful situations. By giving ourselves permission to protect and defend our bodies, we allow ourselves the space to grow and evolve within a state of power, strength and awareness. In this state of being, healing, self confidence, positive inner dialogue and trust in one's instincts can thrive and become a reality.
