​Wrestling season might be over, but the grind doesn’t have to stop. If you’re a wrestler aged 7–12, now is the perfect time to translate those takedowns and top-control skills into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

​Many of the pins, hip pressure, and scrambles you’ve been perfecting on the mat transfer directly to the Jiu-Jitsu curriculum. Cross-training in the off-season is the best way to stay "mat-ready," sharpen your escapes, and develop a dangerous guard that will make you unstoppable by next season.
