Students had fun today while giving back to the community. They made over 1200 meals for kids who experience food insecurity on the weekends. They also were able to help clean out the new facility for Fish Hunt County Ministry to serve more people.

Gavin Barabas scored in the top 10 in Texas in Healthy Lifestyle round 1 and will advance to a live interview tomorrow! Congratulations

We will have a sign up sheet to work Saturday at the Health Fair. This can count towards community service hours.
If you cannot work on Saturday, we are asking you to bring a case of water to the school by Friday.
This is HOSA’s main event this spring so please do one or the other.

HOSA students are competing in Area with most of north Texas at Allen High School over the next 2 days. They will be competing in various medical-based events that showcase their skills. Good luck to all competitors!

HOSA students went to the middle and intermediate schools today to educate some younger Foxes!

One group went to the middle school and educated girls athletics on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits for athletes.

Another group taught 5th graders how to Stop the Bleed. That way they will be ready to help in case of emergencies.

HOSA students wanted to spread some holiday joy this season. They raised money for turkeys and brought Thanksgiving food and gifted it to the custodial staff at the high school to share with their families. Students also made Christmas cards for the troops to be sent over seas.
