Because nothing says “you’re soda-lightful” like a Crush Gram!

This past week, FCCLA rolled up our sleeves and volunteered at the Lawton Food Bank! From sorting and bagging produce and sifting through cans to packing boxes and loading cars, our members tackled every part of the process. There were lots of laughs, lots of teamwork, and lots of hard work… and then we celebrated with food, of course!
Thanks to Mr. Heidebrecht for driving the bus and lending a hand. When our administration serves alongside students, they provide a tangible example of leadership as service.

FCCLA collected 404 board books for the Parents as Teachers program at Marie Detty Youth and Family Service Center. We are grateful for the work these Parent Educators do! Thanks to the hard work of our Cache High students, these Parent Educators now have the supplies they need to help encourage literacy and foster a love of reading as a family. Thank you for your support!

**Parents as Teachers is a free, evidence-based home-visiting program that supports parents from pregnancy through early childhood with in-home coaching, developmental screenings, group connections, and community resource links to build school readiness and family well-being.**
