Classroom Instructional Aide (Full-Time)

St. Luke Lutheran School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Classroom Instructional Aide to join our team. This Full-Time Monday through Friday position supports the classroom teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment where students can grow academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

The Classroom Instructional Aide assists the classroom teacher with instructional activities, classroom management, student supervision, and daily classroom operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a heart for working with children, support student success, and model Christian values as a positive role model within the school community. Experience in the education field is preferred.
