Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is a parent involvement, school readiness program that helps parents prepare their three, four, and five year old children for success in school and beyond. HIPPY helps parents empower themselves as their children's first teacher by giving them the tools, skills and confidence they need to work with their children in the home. Cabot HIPPY is a part of Cabot Public Schools and Wilbur D Mills Co-op.

Meet Your Cabot HIPPY Team!

These ladies spent the day learning, training, and getting ready for another GREAT year with our Cabot HIPPY families!

You may notice a couple of new faces joining some familiar ones this year, and we're so excited about the team we have coming together!

There is LOTS happening behind the scenes right now as we prepare for the new year, and we can't wait until we're back doing what HIPPY does best - partnering with parents and helping our little learners grow.

Whether you're returning for another year or joining our HIPPY family for the first time, we're so glad you're here!

Applications are now open for The Bridge Project - a cash stipend program to support more than 300 mothers and their babies in Arkansas. Eligible pregnant individuals receive monthly cash stipends that can be used flexibly to cover basic needs and expenses. You get 3 years of support - a one-time upfront prenatal stipend of $1,125; then $750/month for the first 15 months of the program, and then $375/month for the remaining 21 months of the program.

Who is Eligible?
* Must reside in Arkansas
* Be 18-22 years old OR individuals who are currently serving or have previously served in the U.S. Armed Forces
* Are 27 weeks pregnant or less*
* Have an annual household income under $44,000
* No SSN or ITIN required
