Our SkillsUSA Chapter Officers attended the SkillsUSA Fall Leadership conference today at Pulaski Tech! It was a day well spent!

State Officers, Elizabeth Crider and Paityn Guthrie led four sessions educating students and advisors on the importance of technical skills and professionalism.

Our students had a great day learning and networking with other students from across the state!

Great Arkansas Clean Up #3 for the Medical Academy was a success! 🗑️🚮

Thank you Keep Arkansas Beautiful for the supplies, t-shirts, and banners! They were all put to good use!

This event is one our students always enjoy as a way to not only earn their community service hours, but to also make our campus beautiful!

Our 4th Annual Health & Wellness Expo was a SUCCESS!

Our students did an incredible job creating fun, interactive stations for their peers at CHS! We are so proud of the time, creativity, and effort they put into making this event such a great experience for everyone.

🇺🇸✨ LEADING, ADVOCATING & LEVELING UP IN WASHINGTON, D.C.! ✨🇺🇸

SkillsUSA Arkansas State Officers Paityn Guthrie and Elizabeth Crider traveled to Washington, D.C., for the SkillsUSA Washington Leadership Training Institute (WLTI)!

Throughout the week, they participated in leadership and advocacy training, connected with SkillsUSA students from across the country, and represented Arkansas and Cabot Medical Academy on a national stage.

They also visited Capitol Hill, meeting with U.S. Senator John Boozman and visiting the office of U.S. Representative Steve Womack, where they shared their experiences as CTE students and advocated for the importance of CTE and Perkins funding. 🏛️

Their trip also included exploring Washington, D.C., visiting the U.S. Capitol and Arlington National Cemetery, and learning more about leadership and the legislative process.

We are so proud of Paityn and Elizabeth and can’t wait to see how they continue to LEVEL UP their leadership back home at CHS!

What an incredible experience at the HOSA Washington Leadership Academy! 🇺🇸🩺 Mason True, Arkansas HOSA State Secretary, had the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with other future healthcare professionals and represent our school and community in Washington, D.C.

From leadership development and advocacy to exploring our nation’s capital, this trip provided meaningful experiences that extended learning far beyond the classroom. We are so proud of the confidence, professionalism, and leadership Mason demonstrated throughout the week!
