Don’t miss out on REC ON THE GO tomorrow at Brookfield East Park!

🚐 𝗥𝗲𝗰-𝗼𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗚𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗕𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗻! 🌞

The city’s inaugural Rec-on-the-Go activities were held on July 7 at the Byron Community Recreation Complex from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟯𝟬 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁, and we can't wait to see even more families out this summer!

Byron's Recreation Coordinator Intern, Erica Dovhalionok, spearheaded the program and provided the equipment such as frisbees, balls, coloring sheets, and more for participants. The program is sponsored through a partnership between the City of Byron and the Community Education Center.

Join us for 𝗥𝗲𝗰-𝗼𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗚𝗼 this summer for free outdoor fun, games, sports equipment, and activities for all ages! Visit the Community Calendar on our city website for upcoming locations.
