🎉 Happy 40th Birthday, Mr. Josh! 🎉

Everyone at Nurture wants to wish you the happiest 40th! Thank you for always being willing to jump in and do whatever needs to be done—from running the center, fixing the things we break daily 😂, cooking, helping in the classrooms, and being a favorite of so many of our kiddos!

We appreciate everything you do for Nurture and for all of us, especially while juggling being a busy dad, too! We’re lucky to have you!

Double the fun = the BEST kind of field trip! 🎉⛳️💦🍕

On Friday, we had an action-packed day starting with a trip to Blue Lagoon Mini Golf! ⛳️ Our kiddos had so much fun putting their way through the course and enjoying some friendly competition. A huge THANK YOU to the Blue Lagoon team for hosting us! 💙

Then we headed over to Lincolnshire Splash Pad to cool off and have some water-filled fun! 💦☀️ And of course, we had to end our busy day with a pizza party! 🍕😋

Two field trips in one, lots of laughs, and so many happy memories made! ❤️ We love making summer days this fun at Nurture! ☀️

Today we’re celebrating (and saying goodbye to) some of our very first Nurture Byron high school crew. 💙

It’s hard to put into words how much these four have meant to our team. They have set the bar incredibly high with their work ethic, dedication, kindness, and genuine love for the children and families they served every day.

As they head off to their next chapters, we couldn’t be more proud:
🦷 Kya is beginning the Dental Assistant program at RCTC.
💛 Natalie is headed to Purdue University.
🌟 Hayden is attending Winona State University.
🦅 Averie is off to the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.

Watching each of you grow has been such a privilege, and while we’re going to miss you more than you know, we’re so excited to see all the amazing things you’ll accomplish.

To your future employers: you are gaining some truly exceptional people. Their compassion, reliability, initiative, and positive attitudes will make them incredible additions to any team.

Thank you, Kya, Natalie, Hayden, and Averie, for leaving your mark on Nurture Byron. You’ll always be part of our family, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. ❤️

Thank you so much to the National Eagle Center for an incredible and educational field trip yesterday! 🦅❤️
Our school-age children had an unforgettable day exploring the National Eagle Center, enjoying a picnic lunch overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River, and taking in the amazing eagle program. We loved learning about each of the ambassador eagles, their unique stories, and the important role they play in conservation and education.
The highlight of the day was getting to meet Angel up close and personal! What an amazing experience for our children to see such a magnificent bird while learning about wildlife, nature, and the importance of protecting these incredible animals.
Thank you to everyone at the National Eagle Center for making our visit so memorable. We are so grateful for the opportunity to learn, explore, and create lasting memories together! 🦅💚

We had another INCREDIBLE day at Nurture Byron! 🐍🦎🐸

A huge THANK YOU to RAD Zoo for bringing their amazing reptiles and amphibians to visit our students! Our children were absolutely fascinated as they got an up-close look at frogs, lizards, turtles, and everyone's favorite... the snakes! 🐍💚

Watching the excitement, curiosity, and wonder on each child's face was something truly special. We love creating hands-on learning experiences that spark questions, build confidence, and inspire a love for nature and wildlife.

The best part? Even our littlest infants got to safely join in on the fun and experience these incredible animals!

Thank you again, RAD Zoo, for sharing your knowledge and helping make learning come alive. We can't wait to have you back!

A huge thank you to the City of Byron, Minnesota for giving our students two incredible hands-on learning experiences! ❤️

Our first field trip took us to City Hall, where the children got to participate in a mock city council meeting, cast pretend votes, meet a sheriff, learn about city planning, and get an up-close look at a street sweeper and excavator. It was such a fun way to learn how our community works!

Our second visit was to Byron’s water tower, where students learned all about how water gets from the tower to our homes and businesses. The highlight was getting to explore inside the water tower—an experience they won’t soon forget!

We are so grateful to everyone at the City of Byron for taking the time to teach, answer questions, and inspire curiosity. Thank you for investing in our children and helping make learning come to life right here in our community!

What an unforgettable day Oxbow Park and Zollman Zoo! 🐻🌿

Our friends had the opportunity to learn all about bears from a naturalist, who showed us how she hides food throughout the exhibit to encourage natural foraging behaviors. It was so much fun watching the bear use its instincts to search for each tasty treat!

After our bear presentation, we enjoyed a picnic lunch, explored the zoo and nature center, played at the park, and made so many wonderful memories together.

A huge thank you to everyone at Oxbow Park & Zollman Zoo for an amazing day filled with learning, adventure, and fun. We can’t wait to visit again! 💚

There’s nothing better than a fun afternoon spent together! 💙🍿

Today we headed to Marcus Theater in our pajamas to watch the live-action Moana, and it was such a hit! The kids loved cozying up with their popcorn, watching the movie on the big screen, and sharing lots of smiles and laughs with their friends.

Days like these are what childhood is all about—making memories, trying new experiences, and simply having fun together. We had the best afternoon! 🌺🎬✨
