As I write notes for graduation, I just have to know how much I and the team are going to miss our seniors. They have been a great part of our team for a number of years, not only as players but as people, not just in Knowledge Bowl but National History Day as well. They are so fun to be around and we wish them all of the best in the future! From left to right, Ben is going to work to be a firefighter, Krayton is going to CSU, and Torin is going to the School of Mines. Thank you guys so much for all you have done for this program and have given the younger kids a great model to follow. Also, fun fact about the three seniors is there was not a year where they were not either a league champion and/or a state qualifier! Go Bulldogs!!

The kids never cease to amaze! From knowledge bowl to sports to activities to a play… They can do it all! Two of our seniors, numerous others, and other former members did so well in a musical play tonight!! Go Bulldogs!

What a fun way to spend a Friday evening! People enjoying each others company and savoring ice cream is truly uplifting!! I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this event!! Special thanks to Byers General for generously donating the ice cream. I appreciate the readers, Ms. Gurley, Mr. Hubert, and Mr. Mike and Mrs. Tracee Thomas, as well as the children, for their excellent assistance with all aspects of the evening. Additionally, thank you to the parents who support us by bringing their children to school early and stepping in to lend a hand whenever needed. Thank you to everyone who attended tonight! Your presence makes this event worthwhile and enjoyable!! Go Bulldogs!!

Looking for something to do this Friday night?? Friday, April 17th is our 4th Annual Knowledge Bowl vs. the Community fundraiser!! We will have a donation ice cream social at 530 and then we will have a tournament at 6 where you can test your knowledge against the kids as well as other teams with great readers and timers! It’s a fun time and helps the kids!! Hope to see you there!!

Congratulations to two of our seniors Krayton and Ben for making it to state basketball and Torin made it to state in FBLA!! One more reason to be proud of our student-athletes!! They do so much and are a class act!! Go Bulldogs!! Take it to them at state!!!

Happy Monday!!! I just have two things to discuss. First, the JH will be going to Manzanola for their last meet of the year on Friday, so good luck!!

Also, please put on your calendars April 17th, which is when we will have our Knowledge Bowl vs. the Community Fundraiser. I will put out a poster in the next week or so. You can make teams of 4, and we will have ice cream, have fun, wish our seniors the best of luck in the future, and build our program for next year! As always, we could not do this without your support. Go Bulldogs!!!

The 8th Graders got 3rd! 7th grade got 4th and it was so close! 1 or 2 more points would have gotten them on the podium. I am so proud of all of them!! We had one who had his first ever knowledge bowl meet and said he enjoyed himself and would like to go to another one!! Also, shout out to our 8th graders! They have done so well, I hope they continue with us in high school! We might have one more meet in Manzanola in March! Go Bulldogs!!

When your knowledge bowl meet is moved from 830 to 11…. You have a team breakfast at IHOP. Good luck Bulldogs, this might be our last junior high meet this year!! We have some great kids!!

Whatever happens today, I am so proud of all of the kids and so thankful for our 3 seniors who have been in our program 6-7 years and have done so much!!

Pretty crazy day! Competed in Eads and because of the wind we got to stay and watch the first basketball ball game there since I was a freshman 20 years ago! Also one of our kids had never been to any high school sporting event!
