Hi everyone out there great news. After the pandemic caused a break in research, we will be back for two weeks in early December with a full dig at Buxton NC. We will send some posts as we go along!

There are still a couple of volunteer places if anyone wants to apply. It will be hard work and you will have to join CAS but otherwise free. Dates 27 th nov 13 th dec. messenger me if interested mark horton or [email protected]

Hello all our Hatteras followers around the world. This is our new venture, having retired from Bristol University last year. The great news is that the Hatteras project is now at the CHI!!.

We are also going to be having a great series of Masters programmes to offer, including a wonderful new MSc in Historical Archaeology

The CHI being built as part of a £2m investment in Swindon, next to the National Heritage Agencies, in the former GWR carriage works. It will be a fabulous mix of the old and funky new! Come and visit - or better enrol on our wonderful new courses that are going to set a new standard in heritage and archaeology.

We have some REAL news to share! All our courses have now been fully validated and are online and ready for applications. We now have a firm date as well for the completion of the Institute in the late Spring, so its all systems go to be ready for September. Meanwhile here is our poster that we are posting in every museum, library and University! Come and join us at CHI@RAU!!
