Dear Butte School District Families,

Summer is a great time for students to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. It is also a perfect opportunity to keep important math and reading skills sharp.

Butte School District students can continue using DreamBox Math and DreamBox Reading during the summer. These programs are a great way for students to practice skills, build confidence, and either keep up with what they learned this year or catch up in areas where they may need extra support.

Students can log in from home using an internet-connected device.

How to Log In:

Go to the Butte School District website.
Click on the ClassLink link.
Have your student log in using their district username and password.
Once in ClassLink, click on the DreamBox Math or DreamBox Reading icon.
Students can begin working right away.
Even a little bit of practice each week can make a big difference. We encourage families to set aside time this summer for students to use DreamBox and continue building their math and reading skills.

Fun Day was a huge success!!! Thank you to PTO, the multiple volunteers, Butte Cares, and Exploration Works. Without all of you today would not have happened!

What a fantastic time with Sara O’Reilly and Exploration Works at Fun Day! The students enjoyed every second of this incredible show and were engaged from start to finish.

2nd grade had a great day at Washoe Theater and the park! Hornets love to have fun!

Our Kindergarten students were so excited to set their butterflies free! They had a wonderful time watching them grow and change throughout the process. What a fun and memorable learning experience for our students!

Congratulations to all of our Kindle for Kids Drawing winners! Our students worked hard and read lots of books to earn tickets for the drawing. We are so proud of their dedication and enthusiasm for reading. Way to go, Hillcrest!
