What programs will we be highlighting at the Health Fair tomorrow? We have information and interest sign ups for SAIL, Tai Chi, and Walk with Ease.
We will also have information on stretching, yoga, and other physical wellness as well as mental wellness resources.

Come see me at the Butte Silver Bow Health Department on Tuesday, August 25th at their Health Fair! I will have information on Tai Chi, Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL), Walk with Ease, healthy living, and estate planning.

Our Community Health Fair is coming up on Tuesday, August 25th 🌻 Stop by and see us between 9:30am-3:00pm that day for a variety of activities and information including:

May is National Arthritis Awareness Month! Part of our awareness campaign in Silver Bow County includes a collaboration between BSB Health Department and MSU Extension with the offering of Walk with Ease.
Starting May 27th, we will be meeting Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9am at Skyline Park.
