It has been our honor to be part of such an important program, thanks

Some partnerships mean a little extra because they have been there since the very beginning.

We are incredibly proud to recognize The Peak as a sponsor of this year’s Riding for Resilience and to thank them for the unwavering support they have shown Upper Canyon Outreach since day one.

Headquartered right here in Southwest Montana, The Peak has been providing world-class wilderness, leadership, and rescue training since 2005. Founded by retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and Pararescueman Rod Alne, their roots run deep in service, resilience, and preparing others to navigate hard things with confidence. From military special operations to wilderness professionals and everyday outdoor enthusiasts, their impact reaches far and wide.

But to us, they are more than an incredible organization. They are partners, advocates, and family.

The work we do at Upper Canyon Outreach simply would not be possible without businesses and people who believe in this mission and continue to stand beside us. Thank you, The Peak, for sponsoring Riding for Resilience and for believing in healing, growth, and the veterans and service members we have the honor of serving.

We are so proud to call you partners and even prouder to call you family.

A new chapter begins for The Peak.

We are proud to carry forward the strong legacy built by Rod Alne, the founder of The Peak. A retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant and Pararescueman with over 27 years of service, including one of the first deployments to Afghanistan. Rod
established The Peak here in Butte, Montana in 2005. He saw critical gaps in high-altitude and mountain warfare training and created a purpose-built facility to deliver real, hands-on skills to those who need them most.

Under new Australian veteran-owned leadership, we honour everything Rod has built over the past two decades and step into this next phase with a refreshed look, renewed energy, and a clear vision for the future.

We continue delivering the same high-quality high-risk training, leadership development, and mission-focused capability solutions for defence, government, emergency services, and industry partners. Our facilities in Butte remain the perfect environment for immersive, operationally relevant training in tough conditions.
This is only the beginning.

As part of the broader One Response network, we’re excited to expand our capability, build stronger partnerships, and grow a world-class training and response platform across the US, Australia, and beyond.

The team is at SOF Week in Tampa this week, so if you’re there come say g’day and connect with us!
