Kidventures Child Care

April already!? That means summer is right around the corner!!!
We are currently FULL and not accepting new children at this time. I also do not anticipate having availability for summer unfortunately. We will be sending out summer registration for our current families this week, and I'll know more by April 23rd, and will reach out to anyone on our waitlist first if that changes.

**Those of you who come to Kidventures for summer only, I have saved your spots!**

Even though we are currently full, we will be having a few full time spots open up to start in fall of 2026 as we have kiddos going to kindergarten. Please contact Erin at 406-498-4922 or email [email protected] to inquire more. I'd love to set up a tour and interview with you to see if Kidventures is the right fit for your family. These spots tend to be spoken for quickly, so even though it is 6 months away, it's never too soon to come check us out.

⭐️Now Hiring!

Once again we have filled up and are looking to add to our team. We have one full time and 1-2 part time positions available. We are flexible and can work around school schedules.

We are a large child care center that serves many of Butte's best children. We have three large classrooms that are separated by ages, so it is a fast paced environment, FULL of children. This job is busy, but a lot of fun.
Willing to work with part time or full time needs.
Hours may vary and we can be flexible with summer/school schedules.
We are open Monday - Friday, 7:15-5:30, and closed on major holidays.
Experience is preferred but not required. Love for children is a must! The right candidate will be required to pass a series of background checks including fingerprints. The individual will also need to obtain their First Aid and CPR certification as well as complete training hours within specific timeframes. Pay is DOE.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
⭐️Providing quality care to children of different ages: 0-12 years old
⭐️Maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times
⭐️Interacting in a positive, caring, and playful manner with children
⭐️Help children learn to foster independence as well as the five key areas of development: gross motor skills, fine motor skills, literacy, cognitive skills and social and emotional skills
⭐️Positively and effectively communicating with parents/guardians at drop off and pick up times
⭐️Lesson planning for age appropriate activities and projects

More movement. More play. More joy.
Fewer delays. Fewer referrals. Fewer “behavior issues.”

Brains would wire the way they’re meant to.
Teachers could breathe again.
Children would love school instead of surviving it.

It’s not radical. It’s developmentally appropriate.

We don’t need to invent a new solution. We just need to return kindergarten to what worked, before we complicated it into something it was never meant to be.

Hi! My name is Ava and i’m a senior at Butte high school. I am going to Montana Tech for radiology. I enjoy dancing, being outside and being with friends and family! I love working at Kidventures and making things fun and safe for the kids.

Hi my name is Bella, I am 16 years old and i am a sophomore at Butte High School. I have recently started working at Kidventures, although i’ve been there for a short time i really enjoy making positive connections with kids. When i’m am not at school or work, I love spending time with my friends, listening to music and traveling with my family.

Hi! My name is Tayvin, and I joined the Kidventures team over the summer. It’s been such a fun and rewarding experience, and I’m excited to continue helping out whenever I can during the school year!
I first heard about Kidventures through my uncle, and I’m so glad I decided to get involved. One of the best parts of the job has been getting to spend time with all the amazing kids and seeing their unique, silly personalities—especially my cousins, Weston and Quinton, which has made it all even more meaningful.
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to music, spending time in nature, and hanging out with friends. I’m always up for a good playlist recommendation or a peaceful walk outdoors!

Hello! My name is Aiden, and I’ve worked at Kidventures for 9 months now! I am a junior at Butte High, and hope to pursue a masters in public administration at MSU once I graduate. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the lake, and love spending time with my family. My time at Kidventures has been great, and I love being involved in creating a positive and safe enviroment for all of our kids!
