Cut Bank High School Class of '93 - 30 Year Reunion

Travis, Tracy, Shannon, Russ and I made our way home stopping to shake a day in Phillipsburg, Drummond, Helmville and Lincoln…….

Won some cash placing bets on Helena native Sean O’Malley with his World Championship KO, and said our “See Ya Real Soon’s”. We all agreed with the email string that this needs to happen more often than every 10 years.
So much fun had! We missed those that weren’t able to make it.

Golf day…. So fun with special guest Grandma Lynne!!!!!

Said goodbye to some and welcomed some new faces. ❤️ wonderful dinner out at Cassagrande!

Arrivals are all over the place with more arrivals tomorrow but so much fun catching up as people started rolling in. The table needed Shannon’s help after she had a squirrel moment stopping at Ulta…..and 1:30 am came a lot faster than expected!!!

Hello All!! Several classmates have been working to finalize a plan for a "destination" reunion this summer. Attached is the Tentative Agenda. As we get closer we will get more information on tours and costs associated with that as well as costs for the BBQ and Dinner as we will have to gather numbers ahead of time but the resort is not requiring us to pay until we are there so we can collect the meal $$ when everyone arrives at the resort. If you commit to meals you will be required to pay for those meals upon arrival even if you change your mind. The dinner will have a catered NO HOST bar.
A couple of things..... Fairmont has blocked off rooms for us @ $279/night + taxes and fees. You will need to use the GROUP ID #28511 to get our rate and to be in our block of rooms. The rooms are first come first serve. If we run out of blocked rooms I can request more if they are available. However.... fair warning.... the resort is already booking up for summer so I suggest people get their rooms booked ASAP. The pool and waterslide are free for those with rooms at the resort. Anyone wishing to bring an RV will want to reserve at Fairmont RV Park. Anyone staying at the RV Park is allowed to use the pools/hot tub/waterslide for a small fee. Again.... reserve EARLY!!!! Montana has gotten crazy busy in the summer due to Pandemic increases in population and the hype around the hit series Yellowstone!! To reserve RV spots go to this website: www.fairmontrvresort.com
If price is a hinderance the Anaconda and Butte hotels are lesser priced and the only thing you miss is the pool use. You can still participate in all of the other activities!
I have reserved a suite with a living room for my room so that we will have a place to have a BYOB area to drink and visit.
The Butte/Anaconda area has a lot of fun summer things to do. Lindy Ballard is working on gathering options and costs so that we can get that to you so your families can make plans. Shannon Connolly has volunteered to get tee times set up for those of us that wish to golf at the resort. Their course is really fun and has a mile long hole that is a Par 5 and fairly challenging!! Old Works is in Anaconda as well. I encourage anyone wanting to golf to check them out. We will not be helping with Old Works tee times. Fairmont also has a mini-golf course for the kiddos and families that just want to do putt putt! One item that was not on the survey that Lindy just informed me of is a cool Arcade in Butte that families may want to check out. If you are interested in Phillipsburg, please plan for Friday as the folks that own the candy store are not open on Saturdays due to religious reasons.
Thursday night when everyone arrives we will have a gathering in my room so everyone can say our initial hellos. At registration we will have some GLOW items for our Glow Party in the pool that night. For those with kiddos.... I will make sure we have plenty of fun necklaces and bracelets as going through the waterslide at night with a glow necklace and bracelets is really quite an experience!!! Adults.... I may or may not have already found us all some fun glowing drink cups!! I have seen glow noodles and beach balls online. Let's be creative with our GLOW PARTY!! (please no glow paints on skin as it is not allowed it the pools)
Anyway.... 30 YEARS!!!!!! Can you believe it's been that long????? The good news is we are all old enough that our only expectation is to have fun!!

Please get your rooms booked as soon as possible.

If you have not already , please book your rooms for the reunion. They gave us a block of rooms but the hotel is booking fast for the summer so if we need more than our block we will need to secure those timely. And again if you know anyone that is not on Facebook or not already in this group please pass on the reunion info.
