On Monday night, we welcomed our new Trojans to campus at New Student Orientation! About 200 of our incoming freshmen and transfer students had the chance to meet members of the faculty, including Father Bober (President) and Dr. Jansante (Principal). They also walked their new schedules and met some of our Student Ambassadors!

Congratulations to North Catholic alumnus Kevin Colbert ‘75 on being named to the Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Honor!

During his remarkable 23-year career with the Steelers, Kevin served as Director of Football Operations before becoming General Manager. He built the rosters that captured Super Bowl XL and Super Bowl XLIII championships and led the team to a third Super Bowl appearance in Super Bowl XLV.

Kevin’s accomplishments on the field are matched by his generosity and dedication off the field. A longtime supporter of North Catholic, he continues to exemplify the values of leadership, integrity, and service that define our school community.

Kevin will be officially inducted on Sunday, September 27, 2026, during the Steelers’ Week 4 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Congratulations, Kevin, on this well-deserved honor! You make North Catholic proud!
