Tonight was sparring night for all our classes - kids, teens, and adults.

We take the last Thursday of the month to run our classes through experience- and age-appropriate sparring drills. This allows us to gradually expose lower levels to controlled sparring scenarios while giving higher levels the chance to experiment 👊
