The Eastern School of Etiquette (ESE) is a personal development institution offering Civility Coaching, Etiquette Protocol, Character Development, and Life Skills education for girls and young adult women ages 5–29. ESE’s signature program, the Moral Gems and Social Graces Academy, provides age-appropriate, hands-on character development training at every stage of a young woman’s growth from early childhood through young adulthood. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to nurture confidence, integrity, and self-respect while equipping students with practical social and life skills. In addition, ESE offers comprehensive Etiquette Protocol Workshops, covering grooming, posture, dining etiquette, interviewing, public speaking, and healthy social interactions, including dating etiquette. Our Debutante Program and Purity Ball experiences are intentionally curated for today’s generation, blending timeless values with modern relevance. Through carefully selected partnerships and elevated experiences including professional beauty consultations and formal event presentations we ensure that each participant receives a first-class, memorable, and life-shaping experience. At ESE, refinement is not taught as performance, but as personal development cultivating young women who lead with confidence, grace, and purpose.
