🎓 Exciting Summer & Career Opportunities for Genesee County Youth! 🚀

Looking for a way to build skills, earn credentials, and prepare for your future? Mott Community College is currently recruiting students for three outstanding programs:

💼 Teen C.E.O. (Teens Creating Economic Opportunity)
📅 June 29 – August 14
⏰ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 MCC Regional Technology Center
👥 Ages 14–18

This 7-week entrepreneurship program helps students:
✅ Develop a business plan
✅ Learn financial literacy skills
✅ Network with local business leaders and mentors
✅ Compete in a "Shark Tank" style pitch competition
✅ Earn the opportunity to receive seed funding for their business ideas

🩺 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification Program
👥 Ages 18–24

Through the YouthBuild program, participants can:
✅ Earn a CNA certification
✅ Complete their GED (if needed)
✅ Receive a stipend while learning
✅ Gain valuable healthcare career experience

🏗️ Construction Trades Program
👥 Ages 18–24

Participants will:
✅ Earn an MC3 Construction Certificate
✅ Complete their GED (if needed)
✅ Receive hands-on training
✅ Earn a learning stipend throughout the program

⚠️ Important: The CNA and Construction Trades programs are designed primarily for young adults who need to earn their GED while receiving career training. Individuals who already possess a high school diploma may not qualify for these opportunities.
