her with difficulty along her journey...Love also taught herself to read at 5 years old and survived a earthquake of a loss at 300 thousand...it was nice to see so many new girls stand up and share what Love has helped them with already...We are excited to see what your new year will bring for all of us.🥰 We also had one

We made it to our first weekend at the Village! 💗🙌

After a big week of moving in, starting school, and adjusting to a new routine, the girls got to sleep in a little this morning and are now enjoying some crafts and TV time. This weekend is all about slowing down, getting some rest, and continuing to settle into Village life.

Tomorrow, the girls will attend church right here on campus before we reset and get ready for our first full week of school, sports, and Village life! 🙏

Victory Village Christian Academy

Victory Village is more than a workplace — it’s a ministry.

We serve middle and high school girls who are working toward healing, growth, and breaking the chains holding them back, with Jesus Christ at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for women who feel called to walk alongside our girls for a season. Our role is not to replace parents, but to come alongside families as girls work toward successfully returning home.

The right person will: 💗 Love and encourage our girls while holding strong, healthy boundaries
✝️ Share our Christian values and show the love of Jesus through their actions
🤝 Be dependable, teachable, and willing to follow leadership
🌱 Understand that sometimes we plant the seeds and trust God with the bloom
🏠 Work as a team and follow individual plans established by leadership when needed

Saturday | 8 AM–4 PM
Sunday | 4 PM–12 AM

Applicants must be able to pass a DCF background check. References will be checked.

Happy first day of school at Victory Village! 💕📚

Praying over each of these girls as they start a brand new school year. Praying for growth, lots of laughter, new memories, and for God to work in BIG ways in each of their lives. We know every day won’t be easy, but we are so excited to see what God has planned for these girls this year!

This morning on my personal page I shared this rainbow and talked about how fitting it was to see a reminder of God's promise on move-in day. 🌈

The work we do at Victory isn't easy. God never promised us an easy road, but He did promise that we wouldn't have to walk it alone. And today I was reminded that promise isn't just for our leadership and staff—it's for our girls and their families too.

Today families are trusting God with their girls and praying for healing and restoration. For some, getting here has been a long answer to prayer. For others, this may feel like one last chance for hope. Some girls are walking through our doors brand new and just starting their journey. Others are coming back after a summer of growth, and we are already seeing the fruit of the work God is doing in them.

We have no idea what this year is going to look like. There will be really good days and really hard days. There will probably be days when things feel hopeless or like God has gone quiet.

But He hasn't. 🌈

Sometimes God gives us something as simple as a rainbow to remind us that He is still here, He is still in control, and He is still working even when we can't see it.

So today, please pray for us. Pray for our staff and leadership, but especially pray for our girls and the families trusting us with them.

Pray for healing. Pray for peace. Pray for strength and LOTS of patience. ❤️ Pray that we remember everyone heals and grows at a different pace. Pray for safe travels as families come and go today and tomorrow. And most importantly, pray that we keep Christ at the center of everything we do, not just inside this ministry but outside of it too.

We are about to start another year, and I truly believe God is going to show up in some amazing ways. We get the blessing of having a front-row seat to watch Him work.

But please don't forget to pray for the families watching from afar, too. They're trusting, waiting, praying, and doing their own hard work while God works on their girls here.

Here's to another year of trusting God even when we don't know what comes next. 🌈❤️

We are beyond excited to welcome 6 girls tomorrow and 4 more on Tuesday! 💗

God has big plans for this year, and we can already feel Him moving. We are so excited and grateful for the opportunity to be His hands and feet as we love, serve, and pour into these girls.

Next week, our staff will be coming together to make the dorms extra clean, cozy, and ready for move-in day. Then, on August 17th and 18th, we will welcome new and returning girls to the dorm. We can't wait to see what God has in store for this school year!

As we prepare, there are still a few items we need from our Amazon Wish List.
