The start of the school year has been filled with meaningful learning, thoughtful discussion, and collaboration!
In literature class, students participated in a gallery walk centered on The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. They explored the novel’s characters and settings while developing their compare-and-contrast skills through movement, observation, and discussion.
During a separate Grammar, Writing, and Rhetoric activity, students experienced the value of vertical learning by working across grade levels to review the parts of speech. Together, they strengthened the foundational grammar skills that support clear writing, thoughtful expression, and effective communication.
