Thank you to everyone who has supported CDLC by buying books through our Scholastic Book Fair! All proceeds go directly back into the school. We couldn’t do it without the support of our wonderful community.

🚒 We had the BEST visit from the Burnsville Fire Department! 🚒

A huge thank you to Ethan and Tim for spending time with our kids this week! They brought the fire truck and gear, talked all about fire safety, and made it so fun and engaging for our preschoolers.

The best part? Getting our kids up close and comfortable with a firefighter in full gear — so if they ever see one in a real emergency, it's a friendly face instead of something scary. And let's be honest... a lot of our kids already think firefighters are superheroes. Because they are! 🦸‍♂️🔥

This visit was such a highlight for our kids, and we are so grateful to Ethan, Tim, and the whole Burnsville Fire Department for giving their time to our little learners. 💛
