Thank you to everyone who came out and made the Spring’s Here Futsal Tournament such a special day.

From the players and coaches to the families and fans—your energy and support created an incredible atmosphere. We were proud to host so many talented teams and bring this level of competition to our community.

A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, staff, referees, trainers, and everyone behind the scenes who helped run the event. These events don’t happen without you, and we truly appreciate the time, effort, and care you put in to make it a success.

We also want to apologize that we didn’t get more photos throughout the day—we were fully locked in on making sure everything ran smoothly. If you captured any great moments, we’d love for you to share them with us.

We’re grateful for this community and excited for what’s ahead.

At 15 years old, Andrew Robertson was released by Celtic’s academy. He was told he was too small, too slight, and not ready for professional football. Like so many young players, his dream seemed over before it had even started.

Instead of giving up, he joined Queen’s Park. There were no contracts, no wages, and no guarantees. By day, he worked shifts selling tickets at Hampden Park. By night, he trained and played for the love of the game.

He stayed consistent. Week after week. Season after season.

Eventually, that persistence caught the eye of Dundee United, where he earned his first professional deal. From there, his career accelerated — Hull City, then Liverpool. And just a few years after being told he wasn’t good enough, Robertson lifted the UEFA Champions League trophy as one of the best full-backs in the world.

His story is a reminder to every player that rejection does not define you — your response to it does. Every setback can become your foundation if you stay disciplined, improve daily, and refuse to give up on your dream.

Rejection is not the end. It’s the beginning of your comeback.
