A Conan Pilot Story

Conan Pilot, LLC was founded in November of 2017, after an accident served as inspiration to begin travelling the country. Conan Pilot’s logo is a silhouette of “Conan”, our company mascot and personal pet of owner Michael Stoklosa.

Conan Pilot’s focus is to providing pilot car escorts to the oversize load industry while exhibiting unmatched customer service and consistent, safe driving, as well as introducing the industry to the 21st century in the form of digital, electronic documentation, mobile point of sale and social media networking.

Conan Pilot’s owner, Michael Stokosa, has spent the majority of his working life in customer service. From his first job at Wendy’s, when he was 15, to one of his last jobs at a local tree and shrub nursery in Cheyenne, Wy, Michael has worked diligently to perfect his customer service craft, which is is undoubtedly reflected in his approach and work ethic in the oversize load industry. Michael has nearly 5 years of general management experience from his years in the service industry and his perspective on business has been developed and refined by his humility and desire to improve the lives of those that are under his responsibility.

Conan Pilot’s business philosophy is to improve the quality of living within the local community by conducting business in a professional, transparent and empathetic manner. Building and developing relationships with small businesses, both local and national, is one of Conan Pilot’s prime objectives. Through healthy, mutually beneficial relationships, Conan Pilot looks to lead the industry in pilot car/broker relationships, building a deep, strong network of like minded individuals and companies looking to conduct business in such a way as to benefit their local communities in profound, long lasting ways.
