We are getting closer and closer to the anticipated first day of school for the 2026-27 year!
As you know from visiting with your own family and friends, everyone has their own excitement or anxiety about the first day.

We get that, and want to provide a nice "landing" spot for the parents to come and hang out after you drop your kids off at their campus. We will have a light brunch provided and hope that you can come and share some visiting time with other parents and retired teachers, along with seeing what all the Parent Resource Center has going on this coming school year. We are here to offer resources and support for your family this coming year.

So, whether you are crying tears of happiness or sadness, we hope to see you at the PRC on Wednesday morning after drop-off.

It's hard to believe but in just under 2 weeks we will welcome back our Bulldogs! We can't wait to see the smiles and hear the laughter ringing through our halls again.

If you get a chance to watch this movie sometime, it is a good one! So many inspirational stories fly “under the radar” and we never hear them, this is one of those stories! If you don’t have a streaming service to watch the movie, google Alma Richards, from a tiny town in Utah!

I absolutely LOVE THIS IDEA!!!!! Why do I love this so much? Because litter and trash is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves! Sticking a plastic grocery bag in your pocket or vehicle is the perfect way to collect trash and toss it into a trash receptacle at your next stop, or at home! Litter just shows disrespect and laziness or entitlement! Anyone who deliberately leaves litter behind means you are leaving it for someone else to clean up after you! And no matter how many animals lose their lives to trash and litter! I share the story of trying to save a beautiful black angus heifer (when I was about 8 years old), that had ingested a plastic grocery bag, and was “down” and dying. I wasn’t able to save it, but I did what I could to be sure she was not alone, I put water on her tongue, and just stayed with her hoping to bring comfort. I remember her big, warm brown eyes, and wondered what she felt and if she knew what was happening? Littering is senseless, selfish and unnecessary….. don’t do it! Put your trash in a receptacle that will be collected and not left for an animal to check out, and it won’t blow away and do more damage! Please teach your children that it’s wrong! Remember, everything your kids see you doing….. gives them permission to do the same thing! Think on that for a minute!
