Most teenagers are figuring out what they want to say to the world. Edonusem Pomeyie is already publishing it.
The Colchester High School student and poet found a creative outlet through poetry while growing up with sickle cell disease — turning his personal experiences into prose that is thoughtful well beyond his years.
Now, he’s preparing to share that work with the community during an upcoming event celebrating the release of his newest poetry collection:
Live, Love, Life: A Poetic Symphony from One’s Heart.
Join Pomeyie to celebrate his book launch tomorrow, Monday, May 25th, at Phoenix Books in Burlington. Festivities kick off at 4pm!
