MJW Cattle is a 4th generation family owned and operated cattle business that is within Flying W Farms. Together the farms combine over 50 years of experience breeding Angus cattle. Eugene Woodworth began his career raising Angus cow-calf pairs while working for USDA and instilled in his daughter, Carol Webb a passion for maternal longevity. In her professional career as an Agriculture Teacher, Ca

rol has over 30 years of experience mentoring 4-H and FFA students. Carol has also spent many years breeding cattle for local and state events which initiated MJW Cattle. Webb, Carol's daughter was a member of the 2012 Texas A&M Livestock Judging Team and has pursued a career in meat science with a focus in beef quality and carcass performance. Her aim is to balance phenotype and carcass performance consistency for progressive cattlemen. Together, our program is based around donors that are modern and functional for commercial operations and caters to youth desiring to develop their own herd. A large focus is on reproductive performance, structure, performance, and youth education for modern beef marketing in the ring or on the rail.
